Lawmakers May Require Electronic Immigration Checks

Nebraska becomes one of the latest states to move toward mandatory participation in E-Verify.

Verify I-9 LLC is an authorized Designated Agent of the E-Verify program in all fifty states and can provide “headache-free” employee verification for Nebraska employers.

The free E-Verify system is already widely used by many employers in the state, but the bill would make it mandatory.
